Virgil Van Dijk return to make Klopp face a big selection dilemma
Jurgen Klopp has been forced to use Fabinho in the center of defense against Bayern munich in the first leg of Champions League Round of 16 tie.
While Joe Gomez and Dejan Lovren are injured, Virgil Van Dijk has been disqualified for two yellow cards during the group stage.
Van Dijk will return to starting lineup in the upcoming vital clash against Manchester United on Sunday.
Liverpool now have equal amount of points with Manchester City, but they have goal difference less than reigning champions, which means Reds should at least draw the match at Old Trafford to keep leading positions.

With Fabinho returning to his main position, Liverpool coach has 6 players (Fabinho, Keita, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner and Lallana) + Shaqiri (if he switches to 4-2-3-1).
