Virgil van Dijk is positive Liverpool can make Bayern Munich's negativity backfire

Liverpool are preparing to play an away Champions League game against Bayern Munich. After the first leg, the score is a goalless draw. Ahead of the game, the Reds' defender Virgil van Dijk revealed what he feels about the crucial clash claiming that Liverpool can turn Bayern Munich’s “respect” into a weapon that fires them into the Champions League quarter-finals. (via Mirror) “Hopefully. They showed us a lot of respect here already and we need to use that respect and play our game and go through," said van Dijk. "They kept it tight here at Anfield, especially at the back, and showed us a lot of respect. To keep a clean sheet in the first leg is good for both teams, but we know if we score they need to score two. “They are probably going to come all in — especially at the beginning. Sometimes you have to know how to manage games, be patient, because at times it is going to be very hard," continued the defender. “We are going to be under pressure because they have a lot of quality. But we will definitely have our own moments because of the quality we have as well. “Everyone wants to be on the biggest stage. The Champions League final is something you need to experience. To win it would be the best experience ever.”
