Virgil Van Dijk hits back at Mo Salah critics

Liverpool star Virgil Van Dijk hits back at Mohamed Salah critics. Despite scoring 17 goals this season, Salah is without a goal for latest matches. Egypt international has been criticised for being too predictable for defenders. However, Van Dijk says every Premier League side would dream to have this kind of classy player. “Mo is a world-class player,” Van Dijk told club’s official website “People can say all they want but I think all the teams in the Premier League would love to have him in their side. We have him and I think he is playing well. “The goals will come. That’s something for a striker that is maybe going to be in your head but we tell him every time: you just need to keep working, keep going and you will be fine. “He’s still scored plenty of goals for us, to be fair, so it’s not like two like me! It is like this.” Dutchman added. Liverpool are leading in EPL table and have two point advantage over Manchester City with one game played more than Pep Guardiola’s side. Merseyside club will face Porto in Champions League quarterfinals after knocking out Bayern Munich in Round of 16.
