Unai Emery press-conference: Arsenal coach speaks out on Valencia and Champions League qualification

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery has given press-conference ahead of Europa League semi-finals second leg against Valencia at Mestalla Stadium. Gunners beat Spanish side at Emirates. After conceding early goal from Diakhaby, Alexandre Lacazette scored double, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang added one late goal to seal Arsenal’s 3-1 victory. Gunners have almost lost chances to qualify for Champions League by Premier League, as they failed to beat Brighton & Hove Albion (1-1) and are now 3 points below 4th place with only 1 match remaining. Europa League remains the other place for UCL qualification and Emery says they have a strong mentality and their are going to accomplish the mission despite the difficulties. Arsenal head coach believes it’s going to be a tough game against his former side, that have strong players, but everything is in Arsenal’s hands and Spanish coach adds that they should be solid throughout 90 minutes at Mestalla. “I wish Valencia vs Arsenal was the Europa League final.” Emery added (via Football London).
