Unai Emery hopes that his personal touch will help Arsenal to sign Thomas Meunier.
PSG defender is expected to leave PSG in the summer and Premier League side Arsenal and Manchester United have shown an interest in signing the player.
The Arsenal boss worked with Meunier during his time at PSG and has used his 'in' to try to convince the Belgium international to move to the Emirates, according to
Paris United.
Meunier has previously opened up on the speculation linking him with a move to England.
"As I have said, nothing is clear, with regards to me or the club," Meunier told
Canal+.
“People are enquiring, left and right, but I still have another year on my contract. The club knows my position, I have always said that I want to stay.
“Aside from that, do I suit them or not, do they want to change the Paris cycle a bit? Nothing is clear for the moment and we are going to see a little what happens.
“I think that I will receive news during the holidays.”
