Experience is a key factor for success in football, but sometimes, teams are relying on youngsters and don't regret. Tottenham are one of the clubs, who have always allowed young players to play with the first team and are currently have some of the best prospects in England.
Here are top four wonder kids in current Tottenham Hotspur squad.
Japhet Tanganga
Tanganga made his first-team debut in Tottenham's pre-season tour game against Colchester United in the League Cup. In January, Jose Mourinho handed him his Premier League debut and it was against Liverpool. Following the game against the leaders, Tanganga started nine of their next 13 games in all competitions.
Oliver Skipp
Mauricio Pochettino handed the chance to show himself to Skipp last season, as he made 12 appearances for the first team. Under Jose Mourinho, he was handed his first start against Norwich City in the FA Cup. He impressed the Portuguese specialist and started a Premier League game against Burnley before the season was suspended due to coronavirus pandemic.

Ryan Sessegnon
Sessegnon joined Spurs in 2019 for a £25million. He is one of the top talents, however, he has made just six Premier League appearances so far this season, due to injures he suffered. But his first start for the club the 19-year-old marked with a goal against Bayern Munich in the Champions League. He is currently the youngest ever scorer in the competition for Spurs.
Troy Parrott
Troy Parrot signed a long-term deal with the club which will keep him at the club until 2023. He scored six goals and created one assist in four UEFA Youth League games this season. Moreover, he scored a brace against Liverpool in the FA Youth Cup. Despite Harry Kane's injury, he has made just two substitute appearances for the first team in 2020.
