Thomas Tuchel told which player to leave out of his Chelsea starting XI vs Tottenham

Ex-Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood has described Chelsea midfielder Kai Havertz as a "liability" in the build-up to Thursday night's clash between Spurs and the Blues, however he needs leaving out of the team for now. Since joining Chelsea in a £72million deal from German club Bayer Leverkusen back in September, the attacking-midfielder has struggled to hit the high notes that were expected of him. And Sherwood told Premier League Productions: "It’s difficult to judge Tuchel after two games. The first game against Wolves was boring, even though they had a lot of possession. "They were better against Burnley and two of the wing-backs scored so he’s throwing them forward. I still think he’s got selection problems. I think he was brought in to get the best out of the German boys, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz. But at the moment you can’t play Kai Havertz. "In my opinion, he’s a liability. He might be a good player in the future but at the moment they’re just carrying him. "I wouldn’t play Havertz but I think he might be under a little bit of pressure to play Havertz and to find a position for Timo Werner." Source -football.london Join us on Telegram!
