Thomas Tuchel has already admitted that he has had to make “hard decisions” over Hakim Ziyech amid rumours linking him with Napoli.
The Moroccan winger has been all-but starved of game time under the former Paris Saint-Germain head coach after the German’s arrival in January.
Ziyech had started just 11 matches under Tuchel in his time at Stamford Bridge so far - netting just one Premier League goal during that period.
And according to
CalcioMercato, Serie A giants Napoli are interested alongside domestic rivals AC Milan.
Tuchel has previously claimed fault for the Moroccan’s lack of game time at Chelsea and admitted to some strenuous selection headaches.
Speaking in February, the Germain said:
"It is my fault, it is my decision. For Hakim and some other players here are hard decisions to make, it is a good thing because it means we have quality.
"There are some decisions for other players that means Hakim suffers at the moment, I can understand so it is my responsibility in this case that he cannot show more.
“When I look at the rhythm and schedule for the next days I am sure we will need all of our players."
