Erik ten Hag has provided an update on Marcus Rashford fitness following Manchester United's European League game with Sevilla.
The Red Devils played a draw with the opponents in the first leg of the European competition. Marcel Sabitzer scored a double to give his side the lead, however, Tyrel Malacia and Harry Maguire's own goals saw the game ending with a score of 2 - 2.
United will face a hard test next week as they missed out on their chance to be the winning team ahead of the second leg. Furthermore, the club's list of potential absentees now includes Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez, while Bruno Fernandes will definitely be out of action due to a yellow card suspension.
Fortunately for United, the club star Marcus Rashford could return to the first team when they travel to Spain next Thursday.
"There is a chance [that Rashford returns next Thursday] but I can’t confirm it in this moment," Ten Hag confirmed after the draw with Sevilla.
