After posting a cryptic tweet, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah deleted his Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts on January 22nd.

Liverpool Echo journalist Mootaz Chehade might have a theory why the Egyptian has deleted his social media accounts.
"Mohamed Salah deactivating all his social media accounts after his last tweet 'time to get in touch, for real' is understood to be part of a campaign to raise awareness to the importance of real life communication away from social media," wrote Chehade on Twitter.
