The seven Tottenham players Jose Mourinho could allow to leave in the January window

Tottenham Hotspur is unlikely to sign many players during the January transfer window, however, as much as seven players could be heading out of the door, according to Football.london. Spurs will only look to bring in new signings if they can free up space in their squad and raise the necessary finances through those departures. There is also the return of loan players such as Oliver Skipp and Ryan Sessegnon to take into account. Mourinho has already ruled out a Harry Winks departure next month, despite his lack of minutes in the Premier League this season. But here are the seven players we reckon will be higher up the list of potential departures. Danny Rose has just six months left on his deal and has not been included in the clubs Premier League and Europa League squads. The 30-year-old could leave the club during the January transfer window after 13 years at the club. Gedson Fernandes missed out on nine games in which he could have got minutes and this season he has played just once. It will be likely for Benfica and Tottenham to end his loan spell prematurely next month. Dele Alli has not started a Premier League clash since the opening match of the season. Spurs will have discussions next month over what happens next for Alli. Paulo Gazzaniga has dropped down the pecking order after Joe Hart's arrival. He was left out of the club's Europa League squad and is yet to make an appearance even on the bench this season. Jack Clarke has made two appearances in the Europa League for the club. A decision will have to be made in January over whether Clarke could prove to be useful in the squad in case injuries hit in the final months of the season or whether a loan move and some regular football will complement his development at Spurs. George Marsh enjoyed a very promising last campaign, impressing on loan at Leyton Orient and making 20 appearances. The previous year Marsh had made his Tottenham debut from the bench in the FA Cup win at Tranmere. His contract currently expires in the summer and Spurs will have to make a decision over what happens next. Anthony Georgiou has had a few loan spells in recent years at Bolton and Ipswich and before that Levante's B team. However, with his contract coming to an end he could leave the club permanently.
