Jurgen Klopp was beyond happy after benefiting from Brazil’s decision not to select Roberto Firmino for their recent World Cup qualifiers.
Both Fabinho and Alisson Becker were missing
Saturday's thrashing win over Watford as they are on international duty with Brazil.
And Firmino who was not selected to join his national team, netted a hat-trick to hand his team an amazing win.
After the game Reds' boss Klopp said:
"Thank God (Firmino didn't leave for Brazil)!"
"We are all (delighted for him). The people are all really happy to sing Bobby’s song. Come on he’s an increidlbe player.
"It was not the easiest game for him, he lot a few balls and stuff like this, he was in some great spaces. He didn’t play for a while and we are all human beings that’s how it is.
"It’s nice when you can score these kind of goals when you were where you have to be. He’s an incredibly important player for us so we need him in a good shape and that’s why I’m obviously really happy."
