Szczesny has a deal in place with Juventus

Szczesny felt he produced career best form with Roma this season

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has a deal in place with Juventus.

According to Calciomercato.com, the keeper has decided upon a move to Turin, despite knowing he will likely spend a year on the bench.

The 27-year-old’s contract at the Emirates is up next year, and he would act as a back-up to Gianluigi Buffon at the Old Lady before his retirement next summer.

Szczesny doesn’t feature in Arsenal’s plans with Petr Cech set to retain his position as the club’s first-choice shot-stopper.

Juventus have stepped up their talks with Szczesny after seeing Donnarumma now being prepared to reconsider new contract talks with AC Milan.
