Sergio Ramos sends warning message after Champions League defeat

Sergio Ramos has broken silence after Real Madrid's 2 - 1  loss to Manchester City in the Champions League last-16 first leg last night. The Catalan giants have been defeated, with Pep Guardiola's side to have an impressive comeback due to Gabriel Jesus and Kevin De Bruyne's goals. The Spanish defender was sent off the game after fouling Jesus to deny another goalscoring opportunity. Real Madrid are going to face Barcelona for their La Liga clash on March 1. Zinedine Zidane's side are sitting on the 2nd place of the league table with 2 points gap behind their Catalan rivals. Ahead of El Clasico, Ramos took Twitter to share his thoughts on the last night and the upcoming match. He wrote: "After a very difficult night, there are two options. We can think about yesterday's defeat or work on tomorrow's win. I choose the latter. Head and heart already on el Clásico. #HalaMadrid @realmadrid."
