What Sergio Aguero told Pep Guardiola after being subbed against Manchester United

It was obvious that Sergio Aguero wasn’t pleased with Pep Guardiola who replaced him during Manchester City’s victory over Manchester United. Aguero was far from happy with Guardiola’s decision to substitute him with 15 minutes remaining to the end of the match. Though Guardiola attempted to reason Aguero, the striker continued to protest and he had a few words for the manager. Speaking after the game, Aguero played down the incident and revealed he told Guardiola that he wanted to continue. ‘It’s fine,’ he told Sky Sports. ‘I said I will work because we’re winning.’ Guardiola’s decision to replace Aguero turned out to be a good one as Gundogan scored to secure a 3-1 victory for the Premier League champions.
