Tottenham Hotspur right back Serge Aurier has responded to the latest criticism from the fans.
The Ivory Coast international has uploaded a photo with his barber and a new haircut and was publicly criticised for not following the lockdown rules.
“My hairdresser is negative and me too so stop talking in a vacuum,” Aurier wrote in his Instagram story.
“Put on masks and gloves when you come to take pictures at the training center [sic] its part of the rules too.”
Earlier, The UK government has eased lockdown measures, but personal care services are still not allowed.
Tottenham will launch an investigation for the case. The official statement says: "We are investigating the circumstances and will deal with the incident appropriately."
