Roma legend Francesco Totti speaks out on Mo Salah’s decision to move to Liverpool
AS Roma legend Francesco Totti thinks Mohamed Salah made a right decision to join Liverpool in 2017.
Egypt international, who has failed to play under Jose Mourinho at Chelsea, had 2 seasons at Roma before completing a return to Premier League to make a historical record during his first season at Merseyside club.
Salah has scored 32 Premier League goals to set new record for 38-match league history.
"I think he made the right decision to go to Liverpool because they are one of the most important clubs in Europe.” Totti said (via LiverpoolECHO)
"They've won many trophies so a top player like him should play in a top club like Liverpool.
"We're still in touch by message and I'm very happy to say that I met a great player and a great person." Italian added.
Liverpool will face Chelsea later today at Anfield Road.
