Chelsea saw their transfer ban lifted in last December. Thus Frank Lampard will be free to sign players during the January transfer window.

Lampard will have a £150million transfer kitty to spend this month, according to reports.

Jadon Sancho is thought to be a potential target but is unlikely to move in the January window.

Timo Werner is another player whose name has been touted as a possible target for the Stamford Bridge club.

Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha has also been linked with the player, however, Lampard recently revealed he is not interested.
