Reports: Tottenham makes decision on record signing’s future
Tottenham do not consider selling Tanguy Ndombele, The Mirror reports. Spurs head coach Jose Mourinho wants to keep working with the French international and help him adapt to the English football.
The club supports Mourinho’s decision and will not accept offers on either permanent move or loans. Earlier, the French media reported Barcelona are interested in signing Ndombele.
Tanguy moved to North London last summer for £55 mln to become Spurs’ most expensive signing in history.
Several injuries prevented him from fully adapting to Premier League football. He has been criticised by Jose Mourinho for his performances and did not start in the recent matches, before the coronavirus pandemic stopped the season.
