Tottenham has submitted a €15 million transfer bid for Barcelona's dropout midfielder Franck Kessie.
Since joining the Catalan giants on a free transfer from AC Milan in the summer, the 26-year-old hasn't regularly featured under Xavi, and it now believes that a January move could be realistic.
With the Ivory Coast international certainly being a player Antonio Conte is familiar with from his period in Serie A, Spurs would be keen to improve in the midfield in the near future by getting his transfer.
Journalist Alfredo Martinez has reported that the bid is currently on Barca's table as the Premier League side is eager to take advantage of Kessie's situation and sign him for a reduced price.
"There is an offer from Tottenham for Kessié of just over 15 million euros" claimed Martinez via Radioestadio Noche.
