Report: "Top quality" Liverpool target had now told his agent he wants to sign for Arsenal

Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma has now told his agent that he wants to join Arsenal, according to Football.London. Liverpool target has informed his agent Michael N’Cho that Arsenal are his top choice for this summer. However, Mike Arteta's side are yet to make a formal offer for the player. Moreover, sports journalist Fabrizio Romano suggested that the Gunners' interest in the 24-year-old has cooled down. What concerns Liverpool, The Times claimed in May that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is personally running checks for the possible transfer. Bissouma, who was branded as "top quality" by Jamie Carragher, could be a potential replacement to Gini Wijnaldum at Anfield.
