Report: Liverpool have made initial bid for Kai Havertz

German paper has claimed Liverpool have made a €125m bid for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz. The 20-year-old has shown his impressive talent while playing with the German side. He enjoyed his best season in 2018/19 campaign, scoring 20 goals and providing 4 assists in all competitions. This season he has scored 6 goals and assisted twice so far. Havertz has been targeted by Jurgen Klopp's side since last summer, but the move didn’t materialize during the last two transfer windows. Recently Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller has revealed about the midfielder's possible move in the summer. And according to respected journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft, German paper has claimed Liverpool have offered €125m transfer fee for the player.
