Brendan Rodger has reacted to Hugo Lloris’ display during Leicester City’s defeat to Tottenham on Sunday.
The Foxes faced a 3 – 1 loss to the Premier League rivals, with Harry Kane and Heung-min Son scoring the winning goals for their side.
Lloris played a key role in Spurs’ latest victory as Rodgers admitted the keeper’s saves stopped his team in front.
“A little bit frustrated and pleased at the same time because I thought we started the game well,” The Foxes’ manager told Football London after the game.
“Hugo Lloris makes a really good save to stop us going in front. Frustration with the first two goals. We’ve lacked quality in that area all season. The reaction of the players was still good.”
