Rafael Nadal has made an admission that will leave all tennis fans in a worry.
After winning the title in Acapulco at the end of February, Nadal had to wait until mid-September to hit the court again, skipping Cincinnati and the US Open and returning to action in Rome.
He lost in the quarter-final to Diego Schwartzman, went back home and worked hard on his game ahead of Roland Garros.
"I do not know my calendar for the rest of the season. I can not say if I will play again in 2020. I have not made up my mind, so I'm not sure if I'm going to stick to the regular schedule or if I stop playing until next year.
"I have to decide together with my family and team over the next few days. I need to calm down, analyze the situation, and take the following steps. In terms of Australia, we have 14 days of quarantine before the tournament start.
:The current situation requires us to be smart and make the right decisions every single time. These days, I was thinking about Roland Garros, and will focus on my plans in the following days," Rafael Nadal said.
