PSG set deadline for Neymar transfer amid Barcelona interest

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly issued a deadline to Barcelona if they wish to complete a deal of Neymar. Mundo Deportivo reported that PSG chiefs will meet with Barcelona officials in Liverpool to try to finalise a deal to send him back to the Spanish club. PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Barca president Josep Bartomeu will meet at the next European Club Association meeting, taking place on August 16. Now Mundo Deportivo reports from L'Equipe that the French champions have demanded any deal be completed before their opening league match on August 10. The transfer window does not shut until September 2 in both Spain and France.
