Press conference: Jurgen Klopp provides injury updates on Salah, Robertson, Milner, Matip ahead of Crystal Palace clash

Liverpool are preparing to play against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Wednesday, June 24. Ahead of the game, Jurgen Klopp had a press conference where he provided injury updates on Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, James Milner and Joel Matip. On Salah and Robertson "Mohamed Salah trained normally yesterday and Jurgen Klopp expects him to do so today as well. He won't reveal whether he will start or not. Andy Robertson has also trained as normal." On Milner and Matip "While Salah and Robertson are both back, Klopp confirmed that James Milner or Joel Matip will not be fit for this game."  On having no fans at the stadium "It will be very different. We trained for four weeks, we knew it (was coming). Football isn't the same without fans, 100% wouldn't be the same game without them. It is a period without them and we have to make the best of it."  Home advantage "The derby was an example. We took it like it is. We aren't thinking about it any more. It's still a home game, we know where things are. It feels already good when you walk into our dressing room. We want to see it as a home game on the pitch as well."  On considering City could catch Liverpool "No. The only thing I realised from watching the game last night was how is it possible any team is 20 points ahead of that team? We must have done something right." On City next week deciding the title "I haven't thought about it. We can prepare properly for it but I'm not analysing it yet. I'm completely 100% concentrating on Palace. We just have to play football." Klopp says it does not matter 'when' Liverpool win the title "It would be nice if we win it (as soon as possible) then I won't have to answer questions on it! We are really fine with the situation. The first game back, the derby, had a specific history." on City game "I would prefer it was in Manchester obviously, but I don't know the process. It will be a challenge for clubs now." source - LiverpoolECHO Join us on Telegram
