Premier League’s early transfer window deadline on the verge to end

Premier League transfer window's early deadline could end, as club representatives will have a meeting tomorrow. Back in 2017 EPL have decided to move transfer deadline to the day before the first match of the campaign. Other European leagues, however, did not follow England and left the deadlines the same, which caused some big issues for Premier League clubs. Compared to European leagues, where transfer window closed on September 2, PL clubs were not allowed to make any move after August 9. Manchester United and Manchester City have been among the club that voted against this system in 2017. Liverpool will reportedly join Manchester clubs. Recently, Jurgen Klopp, Mauricio Pochettino and Pep Guardiola has mentioned the disadvantage of PL clubs over other European sides and criticized this new system. Further discussions with European leagues could be scheduled in November, however, before it the deadline decision could be changed. Source - The Times
