Predicted Hull KR team to face Castleford Tigers at Craven Park

Hull KR are set to face Castleford Tigers on Thursday and head coach Tony Smith made three changes to his squad. Matt Parcell and Harvey Livett suffered injuries in the defeat to Huddersfield Giants, while Robbie Mulhern was handed a one-match ban, meaning first call-ups of the year for Owen Harrison, Nick Rawsthorne and Ethan Ryan. Smith has been forced into yet more changes and will be without eight first-team players in all this week, including Mose Masoem which gives chances to players on the fringes, with Matty Gee set to make his debut and Jez Litten coming back in for Parcell at hooker. George Lawler is fit again after sitting out last week’s match with a neck issue and he will take Livett’s place in the back row, and Will Dagger is expected to continue at full-back in the absence of Adam Quinlan. Joe Keyes and Ryan Brierley can team up again in the halves, as Smith is seeking continuity elsewhere in the team. With Harrison the only forward called into the squad, the rest of the side picks itself, meaning Harrison, Mikey Lewis, Rawsthorne and Ryan will have to continue to be patient as they all wait for their first chance of the season. Hull KR: Will Dagger, Greg Minikin, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Kane Linnett, Ben Crooks, Joe Keyes, Ryan Brierley, Will Maher, Jez Litten, Dan Murray, Matty Storton, Dean Hadley, George Lawler. Bench: Matty Gee, Kyle Trout, Mitch Garbutt, Elliot Minchella. Source- Hull Live
