Phil Foden reveals what he told Jack Grealish after England beat Denmark

Phil Foden has revealed on the official England podcast that he was telling Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish how surprised he was about his side’s progress on the pitch after England made the Euro 2020 final on Wednesday evening. Foden was seen on video footage hugging Villa’s captain after England beat Denmark in a video which was widely shared on social media by ITV. “I just said to him I can’t believe we’ve made it to the final and it was nice to share that moment with him, he’s such a special player,” the Manchester City star said. “It just shows the togetherness the group has.”
