According to what has been reported by The Sun, Manchester City are interested in signing 17-year-old Thiago Almada from Argentine side Velez Sarsfield. Man City head coach Pep Guardiola has reportedly sent scouts to Argentina to watch Almada, who is one of the rising stars in his country and is already labelled ‘new Lionel Messi’. The Sun states, that Premier League champions could pay £20 for the transfer. With the title race going on, Manchester City beat Tottenham 1-0 to overtake Liverpool in EPL table. Merseyside club will face Cardiff City later today.
