Pep Guardiola reveals Manchester City's plans ahead of January transfer window

Pep Guardiola has opened up on Manchester City's plans for the upcoming two transfer windows. The club boss has confirmed that they are eager to sign a new striker sooner or later. “We didn't buy any striker. Sooner or later this club has to. One day it’s going to happen,” he told Mail Sport.  According to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, City are not planning to open talks for a new attacker during the January transfer window but wait until the summer.
