Pep Guardiola issues verdict on his future in case Manchester City lose Champions League final

Pep Guardiola claims he will not be sacked, in case Manchester City lose the Champions League final. City have reached to the final of the European competition for the first time in their history, where they will face Chelsea. Ahead of Saturday's final Guardiola has claimed that for sure he will not be sacked in any case. "No, I'm staying. No, I'm sure [there are no doubts]," Cityzens boss said. "When I lose they [Manchester City] don't tell me I'm responsible, we try and find a solution together. Knowing as a manager they're going to fire me, but they're going to fire me in a good friendship. That's why I extended my contract, for that reason. "I feel incredibly comfortable with every department of City, not just the players. After the results they will decide if I stay longer but we will stay friends and shake hands. "Of course investment, everybody knows that. I have friends in the Man City hierarchy and the players feel support. I feel comfortable with my staff. I have everything, I cannot ask for more to do the job the best I can do."   Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
