Manchester United are in search of an interim manager after parting ways with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and it appears that they have ended their search as they have reached an agreement with Ralf Rangnick to become their interim manager, according to The Athletic.
Amid the talks, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola was asked about Rangnick in his press conference ahead of the West Ham clash.
City will host the Hammers in the Premier League on Sunday, November 28.
"Is it confirmed? No. I had one phone call [with him]. He did an incredible job at Salzburg and Leipzig. Personally, I didn't meet him. We will spend three hours to discuss possible candidates, when they are appointed we will talk. Right now Michael Carrick is the manager and that is my only concern [on them]," said Guardiola.
