Pep Guardiola claims Manchester City did well against Newcastle

Pep Guardiola has claimed that Manchester City did enough to win the game against Newcastle on Saturday, although it was a draw with 2-2. Raheem Sterling opened the score in the middle of the first half, however, 3 minutes later Jetro Willems of Newcastle equalised the score. There were goals during the second half by Kevin De Bruyne and Newcastle's Jonjo Shelvey and the match ended with 2-2 draw. After the match Guardiola has talked about his side's performance: “We played a good level but with the first shot, we conceded a goal and with the second shot, we conceded a goal,” he said. "It is not easy to defend so deep. We created enough chances to score more goals, but unfortunately, in last action, they scored.
