Paul Pogba’s hopes of finding his £10,000 diamond earring has been dealt a blow after the Manchester United training ground grass was cut, according to the Sun.
The French World Cup winner has been desperate to find the luxury jewellery, with 25 staff searching for it last week.
An Old Trafford source said: “There’s little chance of him finding it now thanks to the training pitches being cut.
“Jose likes them to be cut every couple of days and after one last look, they finally got the snip.
“Pog offered a load of money to whoever found it and since then there have been whispers it was worth at least £10,000.”
