Paul Pogba reveals dressing room mood at Manchester United ahead of Liverpool clash

Paul Pogba has revealed the mood in the Manchester United dressing room after their League Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City, voicing his desire to bounce back by striking a blow against Liverpool in the Premier League title race. Defeat to City was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side's fourth semi-final defeat in the past year. And Pogba admitted the mood in the United dressing room was low after the 2-0 loss, but wasted no time in switching attentions to putting things right in the Premier League. “Of course it is disappointing because it is not the first one against City at home," Pogba told MUTV. “We are disappointed with the result, obviously, with the two goals from set-pieces. “It can go both ways but we lost today. It is not the first one, like I said. It is very annoying to lose because there is a trophy behind all of this. We have to do better, we have to do better for sure.” He added: “It is details. Details make the difference all of the time and now when it is big games like this, it is details and at set-pieces we lost. We have to learn and we have to learn, because it is not the first time. “We have to learn, we have to get through this because, after this, there are big games coming up after tonight and tomorrow we will go again.” Source- Liverpool ECHO Join us on Telegram!
