Ole Gunnar Solskjaer provides team news update ahead of Brentford clash

Manchester United are preparing to face Brentford in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday, July 28. Ahead of the game, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided a team news update. The Red Devils have already played two pre-season friendlies. In the first game, they celebrated a 2-1 victory over Derby County, while in the second they suffered a 4-2 defeat to QPR. "We’re adding more and more players now of course," the manager exclusively told club media. "Dean is back in training which is good for us, he won’t be ready for the Brentford game. “Diogo and Donny have trained and they’re ready to play a part in the game, I would think they’ll be subs. “Bruno is back in training. He’s not ready to join the Brentford game yet, but he’s not too far." "We’ve got kids wanting to play of course," continued Solskjaer. "They’ve enjoyed the pre-season. We didn’t enjoy the quick succession of the goals we conceded at the start of the second half, of course. We’ve looked at it and we need to tighten up a little bit in the shape in front of the back four and, hopefully, we can see that against Brentford. "The training group is bigger with more quality and, hopefully, we’ll add layer to layer, but, of course, the season starts quickly and we haven’t got time to wait for anyone, whoever is the fittest and in the best shape will be in line to play."   source - ManUtd.com /  Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
