Ole Gunnar Solskjaer issues latest transfer and injury update on Paul Pogba

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists Paul Pogba will not leave the club during the January transfer window. The France international has made only six appearances for United this season and has not played since September due to an ankle injury. “He’s training, but he’s not been training with us for long. He’s training and that’s a step forward for us,” said Solskjaer during his press conference ahead of Watford clash. “It [his injury] was something that really needed sorting but I don’t think I should give you all the medical information but he’s now feeling good and getting better, it’s worked.” Real Madrid and Juventus have been linked with Pogba and on the interest, Solskjaer said: “Yeah, of course, because he’s a fantastic player, charismatic personality and for us, we’re happy that he’s here.” Asked whether Pogba will play again this year, Solskjer said: “I hope so still let’s see how he feels, I’m not gonna push him, what he feels, his ankle we need him to be 100% fit. I can’t risk any setbacks.” Solskjaer was also asked will he be here until the end of the season. “He won’t go,” said the manager. Source - MEN Join us on Telegram!
