OFFICIAL:  Liverpool vs Newcastle data changed due to Champions League

Liverpool were set to play against Newcastle in the Premier League on May 5 but it has changed due to their Champions League tie against Barcelona. The Reds will now face the Magpies on Saturday, May 4, at 7.45pm, so they will have an extra day's preparation for their Champions League semi-final with Barcelona. Liverpool said: "Liverpool's Premier League clash with Newcastle United at St. James' Park has now been confirmed as a 7.45pm BST kick-off on Saturday May 4. "The game has been brought forward from Sunday May 5 due to the scheduling of the Reds’ Champions League semi-final against FC Barcelona. "Sky Sports will broadcast the match live." The winners will face either Ajax or Tottenhamat the Wanda Metropolitano in the final on June 1. The Reds are currently in the midst of a title fight with Manchester City.
