Nuno reveals where Wolves went wrong against Liverpool

Nuno Espirito Santo has complained about Wolves' poor defence against Liverpool on Thursday. Wolverhampton Wanderers welcomed Premier League leaders Liverpool, however, recorded a 2-1 defeat against Jurgen Klopp's side. The Reds' Jordan Henderson opened the score in the beginning of the first half, but Wolve's Raul Jimenez scored an equaliser in the first minutes of the second half. Nuno Espirito Santo's side didn't manage to end Liverpool's unbeaten run, as Roberto Firmino netted just few minutes before the match was over- securing his side's victory. Speaking after the game, Wolves boss said: “The result is a consequence of what happens. Sometimes it is the small details, you cannot change the result. “We should have defended the set piece better and we need to improve in moments and take advantage of the situation.” However, Nuno praised his side's performance saying: “I think it was a good performance, a very good game of football - a fantastic game of football I say, in a beautiful stadium with our fans behind the team. “It was good, we played good, we were organised.
