Novak Djokovic has taken to social media to send his message to Rafael Nadal and Daniil Medvedev following the historic Australian Open final. Djokovic missed the tournament due to the COVID-19 vaccine saga. Nadal defeated Medvedev 2-6 6-7(5) 6-4 6-4 7-5 and became the first male tennis player to win 21 Grand Slam titles. Following the final, Djokovic took to Twitter and wrote: "Congratulations to Rafael Nadal for 21st GS. Amazing achievement. Always impressive fighting spirit that prevailed another time. Enhorabuena. "Medvedev gave it his all out there and played with the passion and determination we have come to expect from him."
Djokovic also congratulated Ashleigh Barty and Danielle Collins. Barty beat Collins on Saturday and becmae women's singles final winner in Australian Open.Congratulations to @RafaelNadal for 21st GS.
