Noticias de Gipuzkoa: Wolves offered second chance to sign Liverpool target after "rethink"

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly set to be offered a second chance to sign Real Sociedad defender Diego Llorente during the summer transfer window. Wolves have been linked with the player last summer, though the deal didn't materialize. This January Nuno Espirito Santo's side eyed the 26-year-old again amid Liverpool interest. At that time the club boss resisted the urge to bring central defenders after Willy Boly's injury. Now Llorente could become available this summer, as the player has had a "rethink" on leaving his current side, according to Noticias de Gipuzkoa. He reportedly has a €50million release clause in his contract. Wolves are not the only team to be linked with Llorente, with Monaco, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton also targeting the defender.
