Neymar was recently asked who he thinks has a chance of winning the Ballon d'Or, which will be handed by
France Football later this year.
He left Modric out, who has won FIFA The Best player of the season award earlier in September.
"I would say (Cristiano) Ronaldo, (Lionel) Messi and (Kylian) Mbappe," he told
AS.
If he is right, it would be the first time since 2004 that there would be a different winner of the Ballon d'Or and FIFA's The Best Men's Player award, which was previously known as the FIFA World Footballer of the Year prize. Back then, Andriy Shevchenko won the Ballon d'Or, while Ronaldinho won FIFA's equivalent.
