A number of Tottenham fans have reacted to the transfer talks, linking the Lilywhites with the move for Almeria striker Darwin Nunez. The report claims Jose Mourinho is eager to sign a new forward as Harry Kane and Son Heung-min back-up, while 21-year-old is on Spurs' radar for that role. The North London club will face competition from Brighton to land the Uruguayan who is rated at £15million. Nunez has joined his current side from Penarol last summer, recording 16 goals from 30 games in the league last season. Earlier this summer, former Napoli man Mariano Bogliacino compared the young striker to Edinson Cavani, saying: "Nunez exploded two years ago in Uruguay,” he said. “He is a fast, very strong attacker with physical strength and good instincts, like Cavani.
