New update on Neymar's future at PSG amid Barcelona links

Since moving to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona for record breaking fee (£200m), Neymar has been at the center of attention.  The player is being linked with a return to Catalan club. It has been reported that Neymar can only return to Barcelona only in two conditions. First is that Neymar himself will have to force the move and second is that Neymar may have to accept a lesser contract than the one he is currently on at PSG. According to Barcelona-based broadcaster Betevé (per AS), Neymar and PSG have reached a tentative agreement to allow the Brazilian star to return to LaLiga next season for a fee of 200 million euros. The public television station claims that Barcelona is aware of the agreement reached between Neymar and his current club, and Catalan club has already opened negotiations.
