Monaco to keep Mbappe

Vadim Vasilyev says the club intend to ward off any interest for Mbappe

Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev says the club intend to ward off any interest for Kylian Mbappe.

The highly-rated 18-year-old scored last night as Monaco beat Manchester City in the Champions League.

“Our intention is to keep Kylian Mbappe,” Vasilyev told RTL. “Mbappe is a product of our youth academy. He is our DNA. I am very proud. We have a real team.”

Mbappe has made 31 appearances during this season, scoring 17 goals.
