Mikel Arteta has given pre-match press conference today ahead of the Brighton clash.
Speaking on the interview, he was asked about his goalkeeping pair.
To the question about Bernd Leno not currently being selected over Aaron Ramsdale, the Arsenal head-coach responded.
"Everyone has to raise their levels .. because the way [players today] train, they are ready"
The Spaniard noted what this change could mean to other players as well.
"It causes that everybdoy has to raise the level and I think that’s really positive. You can see when players are coming in now they are ready to take the place. It’s going to happen with Granit. Players are ready because the training is top," said Arteta.
