Mikel Arteta has ‘three games to save his job’ at Arsenal with Massimiliano Allegri eyed as possible replacement

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta could reportedly be sacked before Christmas as the Gunners chiefs have given him three matches to save his job. The Gunners endured a tough start to the new season as Mikel Arteta's side are currently 15th in the league table with 4 wins in 11 games. Another defeat this weekend against Burnley, could see Arsenal end the weekend just four points outside the relegation zone. According to Calciomercato, Arteta must start picking up results quickly as he has only three league games to save his job. After visiting Burnley on Sunday, Arsenal will face Southampton at home on December 16. And before Christmas, the Gunners will face Everton in an away Premier League game on December 19. The report adds that Arsenal are already looking at possible candidates to replace Arteta, with ex-Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri eyed as a top target. source - talkSPORT / Join us on Telegram
