Lionel Messi will miss the Champions League clash against Inter Milan as the Barcelona star rests following the club's 5 - 2 win over Mallorca. Messi has scored his 35th La Liga hat-trick at the weekend and helped the Spanish club go back to the top of the league list. He celebrated the victory with his sixth Ballon d'Or in the hands. Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has left the Argentine international the upcoming Champions League fixture, with the club already guaranteed to finish top of Group F after a 3-1 home victory over Borussia Dortmund. Gerard Pique and Sergi Roberto will also miss the clash, while Nelson Semedo, Arthur, Ousmane Dembele and Jordi Alba will remain in sideline due to their injuries.
