Matthijs De Ligt advised to join Manchester City by Dutch legend
Transfer rumors on Matthijs De Ligt keep going on, as 19-year-old Ajax captain is yet to choose his next club after incredible season with Dutch side.
Netherlands national team center back has been recently linked with a move to Barcelona, however, it has been reported that PSG are currently favourites to sign De Ligt, who himself is not sure about his next club.
Former Netherlands national team, Ajax and Barcelona star Ronald De Boer has advised De Ligt to reject French side and has mentioned two clubs, that the defender should join.
"(Manchester) City or Barcelona would be the best sides for his style of play, I'm sure.” De Boer told Spanis media outlet Sport (via Mirror)
"He's a player with a lot of talent and is coming off a fantastic season.
"His playing style would fit in at Barca because it isn't too different to that of Ajax. He'll be a success." he added.
